PCM100 phase change interface material for thermal

Thermal phase change materials  is designed to meet industry’s growing need for interface material with high conductivity and greater conformability for easier application. Electrically isolating property allows its use in applications requiring isolations between heat sinks and high voltage, bare leaded devices.

It's a solid pads at room temperature that melt at operating temperatures forming intimate contact on the mating surfaces to produce low thermal resistance.

PCM100 phase change interface material combines high performance with exceptionally low thermal resistance. PCM100 series is intrinsically tacky which requires no additional adhesive coating for attachment. The material is highly reliable and will deliver the same level of thermal performance for the entirety of the applications lifetime.
